Pokemon Unite Reaches 9 Million Downloads on Nintendo Switch

Pokemon Unite, a MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) game created by The Pokemon Company and TiMi Studio, has made history.

In just two months of launching on the Nintendo Switch console, this MOBA game has been downloaded 9 million times.

As a form of appreciation for Pokemon Unite players, all trainers (as Pokemon game players) will get 2,000 Aeos Tickets starting September 29, 2021. This was quoted from the Twitter account @PokemonUnite, Friday (17/9/2021).

The Aeos ticket is very valuable in the Pokemon Unite game to buy enhancer items, which are used to upgrade Held Items.

This is definitely good news for players who don't want to spend in-game money to upgrade Held Items.

Pokemon Unite Pre-Registration
Pokemon Unite is confirmed to be coming to iOS and Android devices on September 22.

Ahead of the launch, the developer opened a Pokemon Unite pre-registration session starting August 18, 2021 with prizes ranging from Aeos tickets, Pikachu Unite License, and Festival Style: Pikachu.

"As of early September, the number of players who have pre-registered has passed more than 5 million registrants," the company said in a statement, Friday (10/9/2021).

"Seeing the enthusiasm for Pokemon Unite, we're adding a reward of 1,000 Aeos tickets for registrants to reach the new target of 7.5 million," they said.
